Correction to the review: After designing and paying the full amount, I received a production order dated November 2025. It's been almost six months now, and my kitchen is still not finished. I had a problem with the porcelain tiles, and they tried to fix it by making a replacement or a new one, but I refused. Now it's been six months, and the kitchen is still unfinished. There are other issues, like the paint. After someone from the showroom visited, they told me the paint would be ruined, but why should I bear the burden of a mistake that wasn't mine?
Anyway, may God bless them, but this is my last transaction with them. Is it reasonable for a kitchen to take six months to complete? Before payment, they would check on me every few minutes, but after payment, no one even knows about it.
Correction to the comment: They contacted me and resolved the issue. They replaced all the marble and raised it by 2 centimeters to hide the installation marks. Thankfully, the work is good, but their only drawback is the delay. The showroom manager was very helpful, may God reward him.
Anyway, may God bless them, but this is my last transaction with them. Is it reasonable for a kitchen to take six months to complete? Before payment, they would check on me every few minutes, but after payment, no one even knows about it.

I had a great experience dealing with Abdullah Ben Gadoo, the Sales Engineer, who is fluent in English and very easy to communicate with.
The installer was also very professional.
Positives:
Good-quality kitchen cabinets
Overall smooth process, despite a minor delay in the delivery schedule and incorrect porcelain thickness.
Negatives:
I paid for 50mm porcelain, but only 12mm porcelain was installed
Some discrepancies in the positioning of the power outlets. Power outlet and tap behind drawers instead of dishwasher, misalignment in power and exhaust outlet.
The installer was also very professional.
Positives:
